Aqui está uma arte comissionada que fiz para um cliente, umas duas semanas atrás. Eu gostei bastante de trabalhar nesta peça, por que tinha que incorporar a cor vermelha, e isso me fez pensar na composição e design de uma maneira bem diferente do habitual.

Hi there!

Here is a Wolverine piece i did for a costumer, couple of weeks ago. I really enjoyed this piece, because i could use a color on it, so i had to use a different design sense here, than I do, usually.

Primeiramente, Feliz Natal!

Ao longo do ano, a Marvel lançou uma mini-série em 4 edições chamada Nomad - A Girl Without a World, escrita por Sean McKeever e ilustrada por David Baldeon.

Em março de 2010, eles vão lançar um encadernado desta mini-série, que entre outras coisas, vai trazer um “extra”: A história “The Youth of Today”, escrita por Ed Brubaker e desenhada por mim (publicada originalmente em Captain America #600).

Esta história foi o ponto de partida para a criação da mini-série, apresentando Rikki Barnes (a Bucky, da série Heroes Reborn), assumindo a identidade de Nomad.

All over the year, a Marvel has released a 4-issue mini-serie called Nomad - A Girl Without a World, written by Sean McKeever and ilustrated by David Baldeon.

In march of 2010, they will release a TPB of this arc, that, among other stuff, will bring a “special extra”: The story “The Youth of Today”, written by Ed Brubaker and illustrated by me (originally published in Captain America #600).

This story was the origin of this mini-series, presenting Rikki Barnes (Heroes Reborn’s Bucky), becoming Nomad.

A primeira edição de 2010 vai trazer a capa do American Vampire. Tenho que dizer que ISSO É MUITO LEGAL!

Previews is a big catalogue, sent to all the comic shops in US (and Canada, i guess), and it features all the comics that Diamond is distributing that month.
For 2010 January’s issue, American Vampire is featured on the cover (one of them), and, i have to say, THATS PRETTY COOL!

Just hope i can get a copy of it, maybe Vertigo guys can get one.

Oi pessoal.

Correria aqui com American Vampire, para a Vertigo e umas outras coisas que tenho feito pra Marvel (segredo por enquanto).
Minha surpresa sexta (que foi meu aniversário) ao ver em uma banca a edição 53 da revista Superman/Batman, publicada pela Panini Comics.Ela traz a primeira parte da história Liga Mirim (Lil’Leaguers, no original), que fiz a arte e minha amada Cris Peter fez as cores.

A história é despretensiosa e bem humorada e recebeu boas críticas dos sites gringos. É muito legal ver este material chegar por aqui. Sempre gosto de poder ler meus quadrinhos em português.
