Thanks for everybody who bought and supported the book, thanks for Keith, John and Matt for the great stories i had the privilege to draw and thanks for Joan and Rachel for not being a pain with my lazy layouts and last minute delivers! Soon I´ll talk about my new book at DC. Im really excited about it.

Blue Beetle #36
It’s a sad, sadday. I have loved this bookfrom the very begining, it made Jaime Reyes one of my favorite charecters of all time, it inspired me to make a low grade/free Blue Beetle website (And I have an interview on it with you, if you remember). It was all around one of the best series I have ever read or looked at. Thanks for all the great work you did on this book Raphael.

Rafael, thank you so much for your work on this book. BB was one of the things that helped bring me into the world of DC Comics, and I think, long after its cancellation, will hold a special place in my heart.
Even with the writing being as fantastic as it was, it was your art that really sold it for me. It was, to me, part of what really gave BB it’s own unique style, as a book.
Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for taking part in creating something I really loved and enjoyed. It’s been one helluva ride.
my laments for the end of the Blue Beetle series, and because I’ve never thought to do so, big huge thanks for making the series so visually bombastic and exciting. Coming from a jaded comic geek with a general distaste for DC’s superhero comics, you made the Beetle genuinely enjoyable, alongside Mr. Giffen’s hip but enjoyable writing. Here’s to your next project, from a new fan.
